Cruel Intentions: A Dark College Bully Romance (Blackmore University)
Debut dark romance author Cora Kent brings you a forbidden romance between a college bully and the innocent daughter of the woman that married his father.
Her mother is a homewrecker; I have no doubt that she is, too.
She bats her eyelashes and pretends she’s innocent, but I know the truth.
The blood in her veins is made of mud, and I will purify it.
Kaye Pennington is the daughter of the woman that ruined my life, now I will ruin hers.
It’s not fair; nothing in life ever is.
When her innocence has been plucked like a flower…
When she’s been made to pay for her sins…
When she stands before me a broken reed…
Her mother’s debt will be repaid.
Until then… she’s mine.
And I do whatever I want with my property.
Note: Cruel Intentions is Xavier and Kaye's story. This novel features dark themes, steamy scenes, and mature content. Please read the first chapter for a full list of TWs.
The paperback version includes the prequel and bonus scene, adding an additional 10,000 words of content.

Cora Kent knows how to write dark romance. Not only did I read the prequel and fall in love but Cruel Intentions was more than I had anticipated it to be. In every aspect this was amazing. The plot was a five star, the characters are five star, the world is current, the details were five star. I loved the dual point of view. I also loved when it switch characters it back tracked just a little so you could understand how the other one felt in that moment. I did not expect the plot twist about three quarters of the way through. It made for the best ending that I believe you could have from a stand-alone book. I rate the spice a 3.5 star. There was really great parts but the book didn’t revolve around just graphic sexual scenes which made it that much more enticing. I cannot wait to read Cora’s other books as well. I highly recommend this. I have added pictures with quotes and the tropes.
