What to say? Hmmm. Daniel Hurst once again delivers a truly shocking and fantastic story. I didn't even read the description, so I went in blindly but it's a Daniel Hurst book, so there's that. If you like rollercoasters, strap yourself in, cause you're in for a wild ride full of twists and turns, lies and deceit. I feel this is one of his best books, and that's saying alot because he has written some amazing stories!

Synopsis:
Fern and Drew have been married for quite some time. She's living the life of a doctor's wife, while he's living a lie.

What's the lie? Well you'll find that out when you read the book. Giving away that will take away from the story.

Anyway, Drew tells Fern he needs to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and wants to start fresh. So after some time he talks Fern into moving from the city to a small town about 200 miles away, where he will be the village doctor, which will help him with the slow down, he's looking for.

Little does Fern know the real reason for the move, or does she? If Drew can have a secret why can't Fern?
