Excellent short supernatural story
A fun and eerie YA mystery short story that pulls you in quickly. The New Orleans setting feels vivid, and the supernatural elements are creative without being over the top. Aliyse is an easy character to root for, and the central mystery around the old cabinet door keeps you curious.
I just wished it was longer, but it’s a engaging short story overall. A good choice for teens or anyone who enjoys light supernatural mysteries.
