Wow, wow, wow!!!
Such a great story by @danielhurstbooks which I didn't expect any less, lol. This is a novelette so it was a quick read, but such a fantastic story to cram into about 50 pages. Such a suspenseful, thrilling ride! I loved it! And the shocker at the end!
The story is pretty much as the title says. Carrie and Andy go to a New Years Eve party, something they haven't done before, mainly because they could never afford it.
Everyone at this party is seated with 2 other couples. While at dinner the couples go around telling each other their resolutions.
Then the game begins!!! Such a great story of lies, deceit. It makes you question, how well does one really know their spouse? Check out this new book by Daniel! You won't be disappointed!!

This was a good book, it was fast paced and kept me engaged. There were times when it frustrated me thinking would this really happen, but I guess anything is possible when caught in that kind of situation.
The characters weren’t particularly likeable, I mean they had covered up a murder but I did find some empathy for them.
It did leave me guessing what would happen next and kept me on the edge of my seat.
Overall it was a pretty decent read, with a good plot and well written.

Jim's story is short on words, but definitely not short on anything else. When his wife has a very difficult delivery, Jim's life seems to come to a stop. He will find out what happened that day!
