Read Letter D.

This was a really quick read, which was probably the only reason I stuck with it. I was glad I did, the ending was better than the first half. It took a bit too long to find it's stride even though it takes place in probably about 30mins of time. I think there was a bit too much backstory to work in to something so short and the opening flashbacks/thoughts kind of left me jumping back and forth too quickly. To be fair, making a second chance trope work in something so short is tough. I just didn't get enough feeling from Breslin for Olivia to make it feel warranted.
Honestly, I think from Olivia's pov it might have been better, she had more tension in her reasoning than Breslin did (he kind of came off whiny at first since we don't know the 'whole story' until the end)
