Butcher & Blackbird
"Every serial killer needs a friend. Every game must have a winner. When a chance encounter sparks an unlikely bond between rival murderers Sloane and Rowan, the two find something elusive--the friendship of a like-minded, pitch-black soul. From small town West Virginia to upscale California, from downtown Boston to rural Texas, the two hunters collide in an annual game of blood and suffering, one that pits them against the most dangerous monsters in the country. But as their friendship develops into something more, the restless ghosts left in their wake are only a few steps behind, ready to claim more than just their newfound love. Can Rowan and Sloane dig themselves out of a game of graves? Or have they finally met their match?"--

Sloane and Rowan are killers, but they only go after bad guys. When a minor incident causes a chance meeting between the two, it soon blossoms into something murderously beautiful.
Bloody Brilliance! The theme, the plot, the romance, the buildup, the characters! I cannot rate this book enough.
Not gonna lie, it didn’t put me off ice-cream IYKYK. I must be more damaged than I thought. The twist was not expected and fucking marvellous.
I laughed, I cried, was insanely aroused and hungry (when Rowan was cooking of course)

This was such a fun book! Yes even with those triggers you get in the beginning it was a lot of fun. And I’m so glad I took the advice and got the audio as well because it made all the difference in the world. The audio version was phenomenal, and I do not like audio at all! However, this one I absolutely loved and will be sure to get them on the up coming sequels.
