I love!!

Every time I read another book set in this world, the more I fall in love with it! I seriously need a book where all the women and their men get together because it would be amazing!
Alexandra is learning so much more about who she is, and even though she still doubts herself, I feel like we’re really starting to see who she’s becoming. She may not think of herself as a confident hero but when she’s put in those moments, she shines. I love her and her monsters, and I can not wait to see them crush those curses.

I need more!

Wow….that ending was a lot! So Deva’s story was the introduction to the Dark Imaginarium Academy for me, and I completely fell in love with it. I love Deva, all of her strengths and her weaknesses, and finally seeing her open up and get comfortable with her men was wonderful. In the first book she was a bit hesitant because she was so concerned about her past, but the relationships are developing more and she’s more open to it than she was. This world is one of my favorites, and I’m very excited to see how it continues. M. Sinclair and R. L. Caulder have created a beautiful series that continues to get better with every book.

Ok….I think Alina may be my new favorite! I love Alexandra, Deva, and Bex but Alina has my heart! This book brought her a lot of guilt and confusion, but I love seeing her become who she’s supposed to be. She’s no longer the slayer with a chip on her shoulder for being turned (though she had a legit reason to be). She’s seeing the other side and realizing that being a slayer wasn’t as cut and dry as she always thought. I loved the development in this book and not just with Alina. I love that Lincoln is really stepping up for her, and after the first book, I’m so happy to see it. Drake is gaining a lot of favor though and I can’t wait to see how their relationship evolves going forward. Andrei bothered me a bit. Here he has people that will have his back and instead he completely shuts them out and turns his back on Alina. It’s a good thing she’s smarter than that though and can see through him!
