As soon as I opened this book and page one enticed me in to this haunting paranormal thriller I was hooked.
A spooky fast-paced short story that fills the reader with emotions of sadness over the disturbing events that took place several years before.

Derby City Paranormal Investigations have been looking into paranormal activities for years, some easily explained, others have ghostly happenings

They happen upon Hillcrest Sanatorium, long since closed down and a dilapidated building, they just might be in luck in finding a haunting.
Brooke and her team,Mandy and Jed have their equipment all set up ready, when out of nowhere a ball appears and rolling across a room that seems to be directing them to certain places within the building.
Through the lens of a camera, an apparition of a very distressed looking young girl appears and is pointing to parts of the building, something's there they cannot see. She leads them to some old paperwork, and ledgers that ahow fraudulent activity and suspicious deaths, the dead are no longer silent and calling for the team to help in unlocking the dark truth of fraud and many deaths.

Sealed In Silence is a brilliant written disturbing horror by Carly Black, that captured me with an amazing intensity.

Left Without Answers is an incredibly fast-paced tense thriller filled with suspense that had me hooked,.
I was so engrossed in this gripping and somewhat emotional rollercoaster I found it almost impossible to put this book down.

Alice is distraught of the unexplained sudden death of her son Hank, she now finds herself consumed and determined to find the answers to why and who pushed him to end his life.

In an attempt to talk to his best and only friend Arnold who is himself grieving the loss of his best friend, Alice is stunned by the frosty and chilling reception she receives from his parents and Arnold afraid to talk to her.
Everyone urges Alice to let it go and move on for her own good, but she is determined to not let it rest and get the answers she demands.

She starts finding notes left for her from Hank, is he sending them from beyond or could there be something more sinister going on with the mysterious notes.
In her search Alice learns of bullying towards Hank, of secrets so dark and how he was betrayed by those around in school.
She is so intent on finding out the truth, she is seen by everyone to be the crazy lady, and losing her sanity.

This is an intense and enthralling story by Cori Nevruz, the characters are relatable, compelling and truly engaging.

Malignant

Malignant is an intriguing dark ghostly thriller, a fast-paced chilling suspense that gripped me.

Callie Bellingham has been for years plagued with guilt over her rejection of the one man she really loved, and tried to ruin him to justify her rejection, hoping to wipe him out of her mind, now regretting her dreadful deed.

Then Lawrence Schlimme comes on the scene with the pretence of affection, but he has a dark and sinister secrets.

Callie all alone falls for the lies and into the relationship, and becomes aware everything with Lawrence is not all it seems.
Is she on the way to making a new comfortable life for herself and no longer being alone or is she making a huge mistake?

Malignant is a very well written and exciting book by Uilleam Whitedale, with amazing descriptive characters, concluding with a unexpected surprising ending.
I thoroughly enjoyed this intense thriller.
