A gripping immersive thriller
This is the second novel that I have read from Welz Bailey, the first being The Pawn. It is an addictive, character driven thriller that delivers, tension, whodunnit and mystery. Special Agent, Clara Strong's battle with her own demons adds real emotional weight along with the disappearance of two teenagers in Alexandria creates a chilling backdrop, which hooked me from the first chapter to the end.
The investigation unfolds with just the right balance of suspense and psychological depth. Welz has crafted a smart and immersive story. An excellent read for anyone who loves crime fiction with real soul. Highly recommend and looking forward to reading more of her books.

Follow Me by Rachel Graham is a emotional journey into the mind of a young woman navigating psychosis, identity crisis, and her past family history. Lena’s story is haunting and beautifully told, blurring the line between delusion and divine purpose in a way that keeps you questioning until the final page. Rachel’s experience as a mental health nurse shines through, lending authenticity and compassion to the story line. An excellent debut and an author to keep an eye out for.

5 stars from me - An excellent debut which kept me captivated from start to finish. I enjoyed the character development and their interesting and complex personalities. It is well paced and packed with lots of plot twists which keep you guessing throughout. Highly recommend and look forward to reading more from Nevada.
